Needed a real estate agent who could take care of everything as had too much going on with moving. Knew Stephanie as responsible and she lived up to my perception. She took care of everything, priced it right, she positioned for a perfect buyer, helped me keep to my plan, caused ZERO stress, stepped in at all the right times and the transaction went flawless. For full disclosure, we met Stephanie socially long before our need for "the perfect retirement property" arose, but occasionally we talked about "The Dreams, Wishes and Possibilities". Stephanie did not offer her services as an agent until I asked her if she would be willing to take a look for us, but once she agreed it became rapidly clear that she had "mentally stored" our wishes, likes, and potential wants and came up with a home we instantly adored. Because our wishes required specific building knowledge, (we are looking at a Pan Abode log home), she found a home that presented with the majority of our wishes, in the geographical area we wanted. After several visits, Stephanie advised it would be prudent to schedule pre-inspection ahead of an offer, and she furnished us with an inspector who was singularly knowledgeable to the home we were looking to buy. No "superficial" inspection here. Straight forward honesty, not only about the condition of the home, but projected expenses as well. As this home was unique, the importance of being able to put together a comprehensive financial projection was important, and regrettably we decided the acquisition and subsequent improvement expenses did not fit our budget. We decided not to make an offer, and it was incredibly helpful to have all the numbers transparently available. Through the entire process, from start to finish, Stephanie was professional, and it is clear she surrounds herself with only the best experts in the industry to ensure clients are safeguarded from unpleasant surprises years down the road. We appreciated the time and research she put into finding us this home, and the resources she availed us to. What we did not expect however, was a call the day after we advised her we would not be putting in an offer. Stephanie called us, simply to ease our minds about making a difficult decision. No future sales request, no business push... Just a check-in to let us know there are more homes out there for us, and that feeling a little "sad", comes with letting go of a sale you love, but may not make 100 % sense for you. THIS is why there is no other agent that gets my business going forward, and this is why you should get in touch if you need someone who is serious, invested and understands that buying a new home is about so much more than just signing on the dotted line.

Stephanie did an amazing job with the purchase of my new home and the sale of existing home, With the market on a down fall she did an amazing job making sure my home was listed correctly and the pictures showed my home perfectly. She also did a great jobkeeping me informed and also answered all my many phone calls and concerns promptly. she is very knowledgeable in the laws and rules and made sure every document I signed was worded correctly as other realtors tried to leave gaps and mistakes that if signed could have cost me extra money.

Stephanie was amazing to work with. Everything was super easy and smooth. She sold us a house and sold our house. She was the easiest realator to deal with and was upfront about everything

I have bought and sold a number of homes over the years. All thou each property was unique, the constant as always been Stephanie. I have not and cannot imagine working with another agent. If you value consistant performance from someone who has your best interest at heart, look no futher.
